Pyrolyx AG: Appointment of Director

Pyrolyx AG (ASX: PLX, Pyrolyx or the Company) advises the appointment of Ms Amelia Salter as a Director to the Supervisory Board as approved at the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting held in Munich, Germany on Monday, 9 October 2017. Amelia Salter, Managing Director of Moelis Australia, has over 16 years of global industry experience including private investments. Amelia’s experience is focused on emerging and small to mid-cap companies and covers a broad range of industry sectors. Most recently, Amelia has been co-leading Moelis Australia’s advisory efforts in emerging and small to mid-cap companies including private investment.

Prior to joining Moelis, Amelia Salter was an Executive Director at UBS and ran the firm’s Alternative Capital Group in Australia, including recommending, structuring and managing principal positions on behalf of UBS. Amelia also ran UBS’s capital markets team in Australia across emerging and small/mid-cap companies.

Amelia has a Bachelor of Economics and PhD in Finance, both from University of Sydney.
