Niels Raeder (CEO)

Since 2003, Niels Raeder is managing director of the consulting company Raeder & Berger Private Equity GmbH & Co. KG responsible for their investments in the medical and environmental technology field. Prior to this, he worked as business consultant and managing director in the media industry at publishers and advertising marketing companies in Munich, Hamburg, and London for 5 years.

Fikret Dülger (CTO)

After his education  with emphasis on mechanical engineering and hydraulics, Fikret Dülger has worked in a managerial position at several waste/energy companies. Among others, he worked as managing director at a specialist company for biomass gasification. In 2001, he started his initial developmental phases in recycling rubber granulates which grew into the Pyrolyx technology as it stands today.

 

Supervisory Board


Alexis Gurdjian – UK (Chairman of the Supervisory Board)

Alexis Gurdjian (*1977) is Bachelor of Science and Entrepreneurship at the Babson College (Wellesley, MA, USA) and since 2007 founder and Managing Partner of the London based Galaxis Capital LLP, a corporate finance and private equity advisory firm. Previously he worked for Citigroup Paris and New York in the Corporate Finance, M&A and Investment Banking departments. He is further in the supervisory board of ETAM group in Clichy, France.


Prof. Christian Langbein 

Prof. Christian Langbein is an attorney and executive and senior partner of SGP attorneys. Prior to that, he worked as a company attorney for Hewlett-Packard GmbH and ratiopharm GmbH. Christian Langbein also sits on the supervisory board of other companies.


Michael Triguboff – Australia

Michael Triguboff is an experienced investment banker who is, or has been, a Director on numerous public and private companise in Asia, the US and Australia. He was a global partner of Lazard Freres & Co., and founder and owner of MIR Investment Management Group, an institutional fund manager specialising in Asia Pacific equities. He has a BA (Syd), LLB (UNSW), MBA (NYU), MBSys (Monash), MCS (UIUC/Columbia), LLM (Syd/ Melb) and  MCrim (Syd).


Robert B. Machinist – USA

Robert Machinist is the Chairman of CIFC (NASDAQ: CIFC), a publicly listed financial management company as well as Chairman of the Board of Advisors of MESA, a merchant bank. He also serves on the boards of a number of publicly listed companies. Previously, he was the head of investment banking and co-head of capital markets at Bank of NY. A US citizen, he attained a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and chemistry and was a graduate biochemist prior to becoming an investment banker.


Michael Carapiet, Australia

Chairperson of Link Administration Holdings Limited and Smartgroup Corporation Limited, both ASX listed entities Chairperson of Insurance & Care NSW (icare) and a board member of Infrastructure Australia Retired from Macquarie Group in 2011 as Chairman of Macquarie Capital and Macquarie Securities.

 

Amelia Salter, Australia

Amelia Salter, Managing Director of Moelis Australia, has over 16 years of global industry experience including private investments. Amelia’s experience is focused on emerging and small to mid-cap companies and covers a broad range of industry sectors. Most recently, Amelia has been co-leading Moelis Australia’s advisory efforts in emerging and small to mid-cap companies including private investment. Amelia Salter was former an Executive Director at UBS and ran the firm`s Alternative Capital Group in Australia.

In order to be able to supply the global market quickly, for the long term, and with plants of constant high quality, we joined forces with the Friedrichshafen-based company Zeppelin Systems GmbH regarding the turnkey construction of the Pyrolyx plants. Our partner’s many years of experience in engineering and building plants – for example, for the chemical and plastics industry as well as for rubber and tire manufacturers – ensure the necessary process safety and the constant high quality of the Pyrolyx plants.
